The AUTOMATIC COMPLAINT BOOKING SYSTEM (ACBS) is an intelligent, real-time complaint registering system, which receives telephone number and provides a docket number, for complaints regarding a faulty instrument. It is built around an IBM PC/AT or other compatible computer. ACBS is an ADD-ON Card for an IBM Compatible Computer and is an integral part of Computer. It is designed to provide them a docket number to the subscriber and work round the clock taking complaints & recording their messages.
 
 
 
 

Automatic Complaint Booking System automatically answers calls, round the clock, record the complaint message and then announces the docket number to the subscriber, thereby reducing the work load on the exchange staff by automatically registering the complaint and providing a docket number.

When a subscriber dials the Automatic Complaint Booking System, the system greets the subscriber and then prompts the subscriber to key in the telephone number and record the complaint. After registering the complaint, the system then announces the docket number to the subscriber and is ready to take the next complaint.
