Automatic
Televoice Banking System (ATBS) answers all inquiries such as Balance,
Recent Transactions, Requisition for Cheque Book and Pass-sheet etc.
The System functions as a round-the-clock teller on your front desk
answering the inquiries and presenting voice information to the customer
by means of self-assigned identification number protection features.
When a customer dials the Automatic Televoice Banking System number,
the system greets the customer and then prompts the customer to key
in the account number from his telephone set. If the account number
keyed in is valid, the system then asks for account type and identification
number. After acceptance it proceeds to the options menu, and the
customer can select the service desired. |

and gradually expand up to 8 channels modularly.
ON-LINE DATA RETRIEVAL - In addition to offering daily data
announcements, real time ON-LINE data retrieval is also
provided whenever the system can be networked with the main
computer system (or network) of the computerized branch.
VOICE QUALITY - ATBS offers flutter free and crystal clear
quality of voice announcement.
FAX-ON-DEMAND-SERVICE - Account holders can call from
their fax machine and obtain a complete report of their account
statement on it with the same call.
INDIGENOUSLY DEVELOPED SYSTEM WITH LOCAL
SUPPORT - Both hardware and software are indigenously
developed and hence upgrades and support are readily available.
APPLICATION SOFTWARE FLEXIBILITY - Existing ATBS
systems can be upgraded to perform other more advanced or
divergent functions as a result of the simplicity and flexibility
of
application software.
LINE CONNECTIVITY CUSTOMIZATION - The system can be
customized to any telephone exchange operating in India and
to
varying tones and cadences prevailing for call progress status.
DIAL PULSE ACCEPTANCE (Optional) - ATBS can have pulse
