With the use of TCS-32, telephone exchanges can offer an effective communication. The quality of the Telephone service is in direct relation with the efficiency of the maintenance the exchange equipments. With the help of operators, the real efficiency of the exchange can not be obtained because of the rapid growth of the networks. And more over simultaneous calls and the measurement of the dial tone delays are just impossible to the operators. The TELEROBO is only solution for all these problems.

The TCS-32 is designed as per the specifications laid down by the Telecom Engineering Centre - TEC. The equipment meets all the specifications along with some additional features for the manufacturers of Telephone Exchanges and PABXs. The TELEROBO - TCS is approved by the Telecom (Q/A) Bangalore.

The TELEROBO gives the real picture of the telephone exchange and gives the clear informations of the subscriber's problems which they can not provide to the maintenance staff. From the TELEROBO reports the detailed fault informations about the failure calls can be obtained.

The main function of the TCS-32 is to provide call simulation for load testing on the Telephone exchange lines (max. 32) with various parameters such as selectable Break Make Ratio [BMR], Inter Digit Pause [IDP] and Impulses per Second [IPS] and providing the reports of various faults. Number of calls made, percentage of successful calls and detailed dial tone delay report.

There are three modes of operation [Auto, Semi-auto and Manual], two types of dialing [Fixed and Mixed] and three methods of dialing [Serial, Random, Burst] are provided. A real time clock is provided for auto starting, Dial tone delay limit, wait before answering time, reversal - meter check validation, answer limit, RBT limit, line hold time, maximum number of fault setting, interval between calls and number of test cycles are some of the programmable features.
