Bridging
the Communication Gap effective
communication is the key to successful business enterprise. Conventional
phone systems are hard pressed today, servicing the ever growing
needs and demands. As call volume mounts so do the problems for
the callers, switch board operators and members of the organisation.
The Solution
VOICEX, Voice Messaging System with Voice Mail and Auto Attendant.
VOICEX is built around a Personal Computer and is attached to PABX.
Voice messages are digitized, compressed and stored in the Hard
Disk of the PC.
VOICEX Mail
This facility of VOICEX enables the PABX to receive calls and
store message on the computer in the absence of the extension owner.
The messages are then replaced at the owner's convenience.
Auto Attendant-
functions as a round the clock operator on the fron desk, answering
calls, directing calls to selected extensions, transfering to Voice
